Aurora Aksnes is a Norwegian singer and songwriter from Norway. She was born in Stavanger on June 15th, 1996. She is professionally referred to as Aurora. Her name could also be stylized as AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is an album released in May 2015 from Decca Records. It has been praised by the blogs and the press. The artist has already released two top-of-the-line covers Half the World Away by Oasis. Oasis for a Christmas advertisement from John Lewis and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole. Katy Perry posted a video where she was announcing her endorsement of Runaway. It earned her some attention. Celebrate her special birthday. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was finding a keyboard in her loft and being intrigued by its sounds. Parents May-Britt as well as Jan Oystein Aksnes encouraged her to pursue music not as a career or hobby but for growth. In the end, she began writing her own music. She is credited with Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen as well as Bjork for being among her inspirations. After her mom told her that her songs could not only help her gain fame, however, they could also help others understand their significance within the global community and see what can be done with the songs and her music, she was inspired to start singing in public. She began playing the piano as her primary instrument, at six, and she started making music at the age of nine. The family did not know until the age of fourteen. Aurora has never imagined being famous. The only thing she loves is to compose music. She believes that music is the only method of feeling anything.
